Nonna’s began with three things on a shelf, garden tomatoes, warm bread, and a basket of bagels and a lot of heart. People came for groceries and stayed for stories, hugs, and the sauce simmering in the back. Four decades on, we refreshed the corner shop without sanding off the soul.
The outcome is a shop you can read from half a block away, and feel at home in at the door.
