A Studio Built on Strategy, Color, and Character

We Are OSM is a multidisciplinary creative agency combining design, development, and IT services. From the start, theyโ€™ve used strategy and visual storytelling to bring complex digital systems to life. Every project delivers clarity, energy, and intention, from concept through to launch.

Evolving a Design-First Brand into a Full-Service Studio

At first, We Are OSM focused purely on design. However, as their clients grew, so did their needs. The studio expanded naturally into web and mobile development. Soon after, IT services like Avana and Digital Signage followed. These additions didnโ€™t stay in the background. Instead, they shaped the agencyโ€™s identity and demanded a full visual transformation.

Using Color to Bring Order and Personality

To support this evolution, OSM introduced a 24-color palette divided into dark primary tones and lighter supporting ones. Each service owns a specific color and pattern. As a result, the brand now balances visual cohesion with clear, differentiated communication.

Designing with Type that Speaks Boldly

Typography plays a key role in the updated identity. The Dosis typeface appears in its boldest forms for headlines, while Ubuntu supports the body text. Not only does this pairing feel expressive, but it also handles multilingual content across Serbian and French. This reflects the studioโ€™s inclusive approach and practical design mindset.

Giving Form to the Brand Through Characters

To make the identity feel more personal, OSM created 24 abstract characters. Built from simple shapes and inspired by prehistoric symbols, these figures add warmth and humanity. Together, they offer a flexible system that connects the past with the future and strategy with creativity.

Yellow Makes a Subtle Return

Even though yellow no longer dominates the palette, it hasnโ€™t disappeared. Instead, the color appears in footers, highlights, and supporting patterns. It helps anchor the new design to the old, acting as a visual callback. This contrast leverages the Von Restorff effect what stands out, stays remembered.

Building a Website That Performs Visually and Functionally

To bring the identity to life online, OSM rebuilt their entire website using WordPress and Elementor. Each section, especially Work and Services follows the logic of the visual system. As a result, users experience a clear and intuitive flow, no matter where they land.

Turning Project Pages Into Brand Performances

The portfolio pages function as interactive brand expressions. They go beyond static visuals, weaving together colors, characters, and copy. These pages donโ€™t just show the work, they perform it. In doing so, they echo the studioโ€™s belief that design should always feel alive.
